Roy Teed has served Jasper County since 1996. During that time he has served as a Detention Officer, a Patrolman, a K9 officer, a SWAT officer, a Patrol supervisor and a Detective assigned to cybercrime investigations and crimes against persons. He is currently assigned as a supervisor over the Detective's Unit and holds the title of Lieutenant.
Kevin Mitchell has served Jasper County since 2006. He has worked in a law enforcement capacity since 1991 with other agencies in Southwest Missouri. His prior experience included patrol duties, a patrol supervisor and narcotics investigations. He is currently assigned to investigate fraud and financial crimes and holds the title of Sergeant.
Chris Carriger has served Jasper County since 2006. He has worked in a law enforcement capacity since 1996 with other agencies in Missouri. He has served as an Army Military Police Soldier since 1999. His prior experience includes patrol duties, corrections, court security, and civil process. He is currently assigned to investigate property crimes as well as sex offender registration violations.
Jason Hutchins has served Jasper County since 2014. During that time he has been assigned to the Detention and Patrol Divisions before transferring to Criminal Investigations Division. Detective Hutchins' prior experience includes Miltary Police Investigations, Patrol Operations with a municipal police agency in Eastern, Missouri and Death Investigations with the City of St. Louis- Office of the Medical Examiner. He is currently assigned to investigate crimes against children.
Detective Roy Masters has been involved with the Jasper County Sheriff's since 2003. He has served as a Reserve Deputy, SWAT member and Patrolman. He is a certified firearms instructor and weapon armorer. He was promoted to Detective in 2012 and is currently assigned to investigate both property crimes and crimes against people.
Michael Hollier was employed with Lafayette La Police Dept. from 2003 thru 2007 during which he was assigned to the patrol division, FTO, and Detective Division. Employed with Jasper County Sheriff’s Office from Feb 2008 until current during which time he was assigned to the Detention Center, Patrol Division and Detective Division. He has been in the Detective Division since September 2009. He is a certified CVSA examiner and is currently assigned to investigate property crimes
Paul Ayres was hired in 2006 as first Animal Control Officer for JCSO. He worked as Animal Control Officer from August 2006 until February 2012, at which time he was promoted to JCSO Investigations Division investigating property crimes.
