Patrol
The Patrol Division within the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office is broken down into three shifts, each shift being run by a patrol Sergeant. There are currently 29 deputies assigned to all three shifts. Coverage is provided 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Patrol deputies have many different functions including but not limited to, calls for service, accident investigation, assist travelers, making arrests, appearing in court, paper service, public relations, writing reports, and checking on various communities within our County.
Patrol deputies conduct routine traffic enforcement along County roadways and enforce criminal laws of the United States, State of Missouri, and County of Jasper.

- Firearms/Training
- Vehicle Safety
Encompassed with the patrol division is a large amount of training. Many of our deputies are certified to instruct in the following topics:

- Driving While Intoxicated
- Breath Alcohol
- Defensive Tactics
- Radar
- Racial Profiling
- Drug Recognition Expert
- Firearms – Tactical
